This action research aimed to create a comprehensive knowledge base system for employee onboarding and training, leveraging the proven effectiveness of such systems in enhancing employee efficiency and organizational performance. The research focused on identifying key aspects of knowledge management and developing a user-friendly and accessible knowledge base system, and emphasized the importance of providing employees with easy access to training and resources, empowering them to perform their jobs effectively. By utilizing the company's existing resources, the study addressed the challenges faced by new and existing employees during training and in accessing standard procedures specific to their roles. Moreover, it explored how an effective Knowledge Management Resource could cater to employee needs and identify areas for improvement, ultimately leading to heightened customer satisfaction. While the research primarily focused on my team, the Marketing Operations Department, its findings can be applied to any department across various industries. The overarching goal was to cultivate a supportive work environment that enabled employees to excel, driving both individual and organizational success.
