At the end of SY 1976-1977, after more than 10 years in building up and consolidating the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU), Bro. Paul Hebert, FSC, relinquished the presidency of the association to Felixberto Sta. Maria.
