Hydraulic calculation of a simple distribution network of district cooling plant (DCP) with ice thermal energy storage (TES) system is presented wherein the system pressure drop and flow rate requirements in each energy transfer station (ETS) are determined considering a system temperature difference set-point of 11oC.Variable primary flow pumping in chilled water system was used as a benchmark to calculate the theoretical system pressure drop of distribution network. The system of nonlinear equation s consisted of pump performance curve and system characteristic curves of distribution network with twelve (12) energy transfer stations.Multivariable Newton_Raphson and LU Decomposition methods were used in solving the nonlinear equations.
