In the Philippines, which is now one of the top destinations for ITES in the world, the number of game developers is predicted to grow to 9,100 in 2022 from 4,300 in 2016. This study will explore the experiences and concerns of game developers in the context of information technology-enabled services in the country, and the process by which they address these concerns, using the classic or Glaserian grounded theory method.
