Detection performance of LT-GaAs-on-silicon bowtie photoconductive antenna prototype

Bowtie photoconductive antennas (PCAs) with a 10-μm gap were fabricated on epitaxial grown LT-GaAs layers on Silicon substrates (LT-GaAs-on-Si).
