| Summary: | This practicum study aims to eliminate the production loss in producing
Guide Drive Chain (KPYN) in PaintPlas Corporation. The entire manufacturing
process has been observed from preparation of raw materials to packaging. This
study should be able to eliminate the production loss by material handling
procurement, weekly preventive maintenance in sharpening and monthly
preventive maintenance in replacing piercing punch, and implementing sanctions
to the operator who frequently over break. The researcher conducted interviews,
observed the processes, gathered data and applied experimental methods for
the completion of this research. |
