A study of CEO remuneration in Singapore
This study examines the factors influencing CEO remuneration. From a sample of 315 companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, we analyzed the relationship between the cash component of CEO remuneration and factors such as board size, board independence, firm size and firm performance.
