Somalia-type piracy : why it will not happen in Southeast Asia
The world has been shocked by the recent spate of piracy attacks off Somalia. Inevitaly there has been speculation that sea robbers in Southeast Asia might imitate these attacks. However, there are good reasons why this will not occur.
