Discovery of antiviral small molecules against Hepatitis C virus
Hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5B protein is an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. It has a structure that resembles the right hand with a thumb, palm and finger domain. There are at least four allosteric sites in NS5B RdRp for inhibitor binding. [4th Award]
