Description
Summary:The research objective of this study is to investigate the public’s understanding, perception and attitude towards LFAs as a channel of distribution vis-?-vis the other channels. Our report aims to provide an insight of the public’s sentiments towards LFAs as well as suggestions on how LFAs can improve their current standing in the financial advisory market. Recognising the need for LFAs to retain their existing clients as well, the report will also touch on how LFAs can tap on marketing mediums to maintain a long-term relationship with their existing clientele.
