Description
Summary:The objective of our Applied Research Project is to anlyse an emerging leadership theory called The Thought Leadership Theory. We used a questionaire by Emmett Murphy and conducted the survey on the working population in Singapore (sample size=94). From their responses, we will find out the characteristics that determine a 'Thought Leader'. After that, we link these characteristics to the 4 factors of the Thought Leadership Model, namely the strategy, people, infrastructure and process. We also analyse the eight leadership styles that are possessed by the respondents. Limitations of the survey will discussed at the conclusion part of our report.
