We used a questionaire by Emmett Murphy and conducted the survey on the working population in Singapore (sample size=94). From their responses, we will find out the characteristics that determine a 'Thought Leader'. After that, we link these characteristics to the 4 factors of the Thought Leadership Model, namely the strategy, people, infrastructure and process. We also analyse the eight leadership styles that are possessed by the respondents. Limitations of the survey will discussed at the conclusion part of our report. 2008-09-24T07:50:40Z 2008-09-24T07:50:40Z 2000 2000 Final Year Project (FYP) http://hdl.handle.net/10356/11048 Nanyang Technological University application/pdf
