POPX2 and its role in breast cancer.
In this project, we focus on investigating the role of POPX2 phosphatase in two main physiological processes that are frequently deregulated in cancer cells: migration and proliferation. We found that POPX2 is highly expressed in cancer cell lines compared to non-cancer cell lines.
