In any factory, many tasks are performed by hand, leading to unnecessary time wasted due to human error. As such, many factories have started to automate their production line, tackling each task one at a time. With an aim to improve quality as well as tact time, the project’s goal is also as such and most importantly, ease the pressure on the associates and create a system that will make their lives at work a lot easier than it is at the very moment.
