Summary: | This study is a training needs assessment (TNA) on teachers teaching in an international school. Though the school has been functioning for a few years, it only started to operate as a full school recently. The management of the school is committed to put in more facilities and resources to support the learning and teaching in school. One of major add-in for the resource is technology. The management would like teachers to integrate IT into the curriculum. The goals of this study are (1) to determine the work tasks that the organisation wants the teachers to perform in the use of IT and (2) to find out the proficiency level of the teachers in IT skills and knowledge as well as their opinion. The main purpose is to differentiate the training needs from the training wants. |
