The management would like teachers to integrate IT into the curriculum. The goals of this study are (1) to determine the work tasks that the organisation wants the teachers to perform in the use of IT and (2) to find out the proficiency level of the teachers in IT skills and knowledge as well as their opinion. The main purpose is to differentiate the training needs from the training wants.
