Why do people of all ages join grassroots organisations? How they have been assisting in their various roles and positions? And what keeps them in it? In recent years there have also been questions raised if the PA has been truly independent in its role. There have been a lot of ambivalance online on why people volunteer with grassroots based on their assumptions. This project aims to clear these misunderstandings and better understand our volunteers.
