Relationship between social physique anxiety and exercise adherence among women in Singapore
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social physique anxiety and exercise adherence among aerobic dance class participants from Singapore Sport Council (SSC) regional fitness centers and the recreation center at a university campus.
