The first part, seeks to fathom the alignment of common values shared by the Board and the School with respect to School Philosophy, School Mission, School Policy and the desired Characteristics of a St Andrew's Junior School pupil. The second explores areas of decision-making in the operation of the school that Board members and teachers will like to be involved. This exploration includes the study of the personal stake and the expertise of the two groups of respondents. The third examines the perception of Board members on the communication flow between the School and the Board.
