To mitigate the effects caused by construction logistics disruptions, there is a need to boost construction resilience by establishing flexible resource allocation. The availability of these resources, such as manpower, equipment, and material, is crucial towards construction projects’ success and is emphasized in this project. This project focuses on developing a resource allocation and reallocation system that automatically generates remedies to key stakeholders during disruptions. The system will be utilized by a construction contractor who has multiple ongoing projects with varying deadlines and logistics schedules to provide solutions on the reallocation of site resources due to manpower, equipment, and material-related disruptions.
