With appropriate intervention, a more compassionate, empathetic and understanding community can improve the outlook. The Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK) was utilized alongside other front-end and back-end technologies, such as Google Firebase, to deliver the objectives. A cross-platform mobile application was developed that contained features such as mental and physical wellbeing resources, guided self-care exercises, a journal and a directory for helplines to seek professional help.
