The main objective of the project was to develop a mobile application that contains such wellbeing resources for the users. The Flutter Software Development Kit (SDK) was utilized alongside other front-end and back-end technologies, such as Google Firebase, to deliver the objectives. A cross-platform mobile application was developed that contained features such as mental and physical wellbeing resources, guided self-care exercises, a journal and a directory for helplines to seek professional help. Discussion is highlighted to further improve the utility and functionality of the mobile application at the end.
