Most algorithms will dramatically increase the computational complexity when the system changes dynamically or a resource fails throughout the process, therefore making it hard to apply to real industry. This study, on the other hand, introduces a heuristic-based method for scheduling energy consumption in a resource-sharing way, providing an effective fault-tolerant resource management technique for industrial systems.
