Every generation has its distinct qualities and Gen Zs are no exception. Born between 1997 and 2012, Gen Zs are two billion strong globally. They are the first generation to have had the internet as a constant presence in their lives. As a result, their worldview and way of life are greatly shaped by social media and technology. Understanding current societal trends serves as a stepping stone for everyone – from employers to parents – to prepare and adapt to this generation.
