The purpose of this project is to minimize operational costs for charity organizations and enable direct communication between sponsors and beneficiaries and fostering a better understanding of the needs of the beneficiaries. The web application platform was developed using ASP.NET C#, with the front-end built using HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS. Data storage was managed using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18. The project follows a typical life cycle which includes planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application is divided into smaller modules based on user types: beneficiaries, sponsors, volunteers, and admin. Extensive testing was conducted to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility across various devices and browsers. The "CareLink" web application successfully achieves its objective, providing a user-friendly platform for direct communication between sponsors and beneficiaries. Future enhancements could include a chat feature within the application for transparent communication and closer monitoring of interactions to ensure the platform's positive impact on society.
