To address the lack of mobile applications that combine cavity teeth detection, teeth shade identification, educational articles on teeth health, and a booking system for dentists in a single app, and to raise dental health awareness among the general public, a cross-platform mobile application for dental self-examination is developed. The mobile application was created using a versatile and affordable architecture. It features tailored APIs to support the tooth shade recognition feature and cavity diagnosis algorithm, which were created utilizing color analysis method and cutting-edge object detection technology. The mobile application has been constructed successfully, and all its functions are working properly, according to multiple tests.
