The report then delves deep into the implemented solution, a peer-to-peer item rental mobile application built with the Flutter framework and Firebase. The basic functions include allowing a user to list, search and rent items. The application is also integrated with more advanced features such as a map function to visualize the locations of items and a chat function to facilitate communication during rental transactions. Another feature which allows users to customize their homepage by indicating their favorite categories was also deployed.
