The mobile application integrates machine learning together with ergonomic resources such as articles, videos, and demonstrations to promote ergonomic awareness and facilitate corrective action. A pre-survey was conducted to identify ergonomic gaps and needs in working adults, to determine the application’s content. Subsequently, a post-survey was employed to assess usability, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. Survey results revealed a high satisfaction rate, with over 90% of respondents expressing satisfaction with the application’s features, effectiveness, and usability. These results highlight the mobile application's ability to successfully address ergonomic issues and enhance the wellbeing of Singaporean workers.
