It is a bi-directional job applicator which can be used by NTU and it’s cooperate hiring partners. Features for applicants may include strengthening resumes by improving sentence structures using NLP, filtering jobs base on applicant’s resume and personalisation and more. Features for hiring managers may include recommending applicants suited for the job role and more. |
