Considering the dynamic nature of state construal level, in Essay 3, I discussed how state construal level diversity in teams changes over time. I tested my hypotheses in two 6-wave longitudinal field survey studies. Study 1 included 158 student teams during 6 weeks, and Study 2 included 117 work teams over 5 months. I discussed theoretical and practical implications at the end of each essay.
