development lifecycle, the project integrates various frontend and backend frameworks, as well as Azure
cloud services, to provide a robust and scalable solution. The application allows professors to easily
update course materials, ensuring that the chatbot delivers accurate and up-to-date information.
Additionally, this project aims to alleviate the stress on NTU professors by reducing the number of
queries they receive through emails. With the administration app with dashboard features, professors can
easily upload helpful materials via this administration app. This approach also streamlines the setup of the
chatbot for new courses, eliminating the need for manual configuration of backend services.
