Summary:This‬‭ project‬‭ focuses‬‭ on‬‭ developing‬‭ a‬‭ web‬‭ application‬‭ for‬‭ NTU‬‭ professors‬‭ to‬‭ manage‬‭ the‬‭ knowledge‬‭ base‬ ‭ of‬‭ the‬‭ chatbot‬‭ ‬‭ The‬‭ application‬‭ features‬‭ a‬‭ built-in‬‭ dashboard‬‭ that‬‭ provides‬‭ insights‬‭ into‬‭ how‬ ‭ students‬‭ feel‬‭ about‬‭ their‬‭ courses,‬‭ enhancing‬‭ the‬‭ educational‬‭ experience.‬‭ Utilizing‬‭ the‬‭ software‬ ‭ development‬‭ lifecycle,‬‭ the‬‭ project‬‭ integrates‬‭ various‬‭ frontend‬‭ and‬‭ backend‬‭ frameworks,‬‭ as‬‭ well‬‭ as‬‭ Azure‬ ‭ cloud‬‭ services,‬‭ to‬‭ provide‬‭ a‬‭ robust‬‭ and‬‭ scalable‬‭ solution.‬‭ The‬‭ application‬‭ allows‬‭ professors‬‭ to‬‭ easily‬ ‭ update‬‭ course‬‭ materials,‬‭ ensuring‬‭ that‬‭ the‬‭ chatbot‬‭ delivers‬‭ accurate‬‭ and‬‭ up-to-date‬‭ information.‬ ‭ Additionally,‬‭ this‬‭ project‬‭ aims‬‭ to‬‭ alleviate‬‭ the‬‭ stress‬‭ on‬‭ NTU‬‭ professors‬‭ by‬‭ reducing‬‭ the‬‭ number‬‭ of‬ ‭ queries‬‭ they‬‭ receive‬‭ through‬‭ emails.‬‭ With‬‭ the‬‭ administration‬‭ app‬‭ with‬‭ dashboard‬‭ features,‬‭ professors‬‭ can‬ ‭ easily‬‭ upload‬‭ helpful‬‭ materials‬‭ via‬‭ this‬‭ administration‬‭ app.‬‭ This‬‭ approach‬‭ also‬‭ streamlines‬‭ the‬‭ setup‬‭ of‬‭ the‬ ‭ chatbot for new courses, eliminating the need for manual configuration of backend services.‬ ‭
