Anodized Aluminum Oxide (AAO) template is tolerant to high temperature, with a
high nanopore density of up to 1 ×1011 cm −2 . Moreover, all the pores align parallel
with each other and perpendicular to the membrane surface. These characteristics
make AAO an ideal template. In this project, AAO was used as the template. |
