Characterization and electrical properties of Ni-NiO-Ni heterojunction nanowires
In this project, Ni-NiO-Ni heterojunction nanowire was investigated. Template assisted electrochemical deposition was employed to synthesize the nanowires. This bottom-up synthesis is simple, easy to execute and can realize mass production. Anodized Aluminum Oxide (AAO) template is tolerant to hi...

In this project, Ni-NiO-Ni heterojunction nanowire was investigated. Template
assisted electrochemical deposition was employed to synthesize the nanowires. This
bottom-up synthesis is simple, easy to execute and can realize mass production.
Anodized Aluminum Oxide (AAO) template is tolerant to high temperature, with a
high nanopore density of up to 1 ×1011 cm −2 . Moreover, all the pores align parallel
with each other and perpendicular to the membrane surface. These characteristics
make AAO an ideal template. In this project, AAO was used as the template. |
