Description
Summary:In this research, DSTA was used as a case study based on its maturity as a knowledge enterprise in the local context and its availability at the time of research. A snapshot of DSTA's current KM initiatives was captured and was evaluated using the MAKE framework to gauge on its strengths and weaknesses. Using knowledge enterprises that are established and well-recognized globally and a review of relevant researches, some recommendations for consideration were given to enhance its KM initiatives. A panel was formed to simulate the actual MAKE evaluation process. Although accesibility to DSTA internal information is limited, the findings from the panel are sufficient to give a few glimpses of the DSTA KM maturity.
