We discovered during our literature search that there was very little published information available on local Internet usage. A highlight of this report is therefore its distinctive Singapore flavour. We felt that it would benefit the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a local Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) tremendously if we could put in a local dimension to the report -and even more so if we could tell him or her how this strongly emerging technology was going to affect his or her business.
