Description
Summary:With the widespread use of computers in many fields, partly due to falling hardware costs, more varied types of software have become available. These software are developed with increased functionality to cater to an evermore demanding user base. Providing help to support users of these software is therefore a necessary and important role for the software developer today. Traditionally, such help has been given at two levels: the provision of offline documentation such as printed manuals and online documentation such as online help systems.
