Desirability of CD-ROMs of a junior college library : a case study of Serangoon junior college library, Singapore.
The purpose of this study is to examine the desirability of the CD-ROMs and offer ways that may enhance its usefulness to the college taking into consideration the problems faced by the librarian and administration who implement the technology in the library.
