Description
Summary:The research looks at People's Association as a case study to understand the progress made in becoming a learning organization and to examine what challenges and obstacles were experienced in the process. People's Association started its learning organization journey in mid 1999 as part of the efforts to develop itself into a blue chip corporation and to better meet the needs of the community. This calls for a need to engage in a profound change in the whole organization at all levels and to strategically embrace learning as a key driver in realizing the intentions. People's Association adopted Senge's approach in building a learning organization.
