With the increasing trend of people working across borders, the objective of this research is to investigate the need of individuals to possess cultural intelligence in such culturally diversified environment. In particular, this research focuses on leaders in organizations as it is becoming an increasing necessity for them to be culturally intelligent to lead their culturally diversified work-team in order to create the ultimate value for their organizations. To attain our objectives and increase the practicality of this research, we collaborated with a local organization that has a substantial mix of nationalities to carry out our proposed study. We have also designed a customized 360-degree feedback instrument questionnaire to obtain feedback and quantitative results from multi-sources. In order to enhance buy-in and increase validity of the actual 360-degree instrument, pilot surveys were first conducted for different groups of respondents. Though this project is unable to yield the quantitative results due to unforeseen circumstances, we still detailed an analysis plan to illustrate the testing of hypotheses.
