Framework for a realtime distributed rendering environment

This dissertation describes a specific heterogeneous architecture, named “sort-both”, which combines both sort-first and sort-last strategies, for distributed rendering environments where there is disparity between the fast connections inside a cluster and slow connections between clusters.
