Detection SNR and detection probability are two main performance measures. From the results obtained, the proposed phase-only FFT method can always achieve higher detection SNR and detection probability than convolution method in the entire detection region. In addition, the performance analysis of phase-only FFT method is conducted. The detection SNR can be predicted from input signal SNR in dB, frame arrival time and detector buffer size.
