This study demonstrated that HepG2 cell cultured with increasing concentration of EGCG results in an increase in rate of adhesion contact area, degree of cell deformation and average adhesion energy of cell. The inhibition of cell migration by EGCG was also observed, which supports the evidence of therapeutic effects from EGCG.
