Traditionally, Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT : PSS) are used as cathode in polymer solar cell. However, several problems such as high cost, high resistivity make researchers to find suitable alternative for ITO electrode.
