Performance of microcell / macrocell cellular systems with reuse partitioning

A two-tier Microcell/Macrocell overlaying cellular system is proposed to improve the system capacity. In this system, the conventional FCA scheme is implemented in the Microcell and the two-region FRP scheme is implemented in the Macrocell.
