The author’s projects, which contribute to the team on IT service, allowed author to acquire knowledge of VBA programming and SQL language. It also highlights how relevant knowledge attained was applied to overcome the problems, providing details of projects done for inventory management and tape movements, lessons learnt throughout the term of IA as well as the improvements made towards the team. |
