Report on industrial attachment with ExxonMobile Pte Ltd

The author was attached to ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd for 22 weeks as a Professional Industrial Attachment program in Nanyang Technological University. This report highlights the understanding gained by the author in assigned projects: Tape Movement Database and Inventory Database, from ExxonMobil Information Technology department. The author’s projects, which contribute to the team on IT service, allowed author to acquire knowledge of VBA programming and SQL language. It also highlights how relevant knowledge attained was applied to overcome the problems, providing details of projects done for inventory management and tape movements, lessons learnt throughout the term of IA as well as the improvements made towards the team.
