It has become an important part of national economy and is playing a key role in national economy and social development in China. To properly manage real estate investment now is an important task, because the scale of real estate investment is getting larger and larger. The thesis, through analysing current situation of real estate industry, aims at exploring the contradiction existing in the system of real estate investment management, and suggests the methods of forming new system of real estate investment management which accords with requirements of socialism market economic system. |
