随着中国改革和开放，房地产行业崛起。它已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，是发挥了中国国民经济和社会发展的关键作用。要正确处理房地产投资现在是一个重要的任务，因为房地产投资规模越来越大。这篇论文中，通过分析房地产行业的现状，旨在探索中的矛盾，房地产投资管理体制存在，并建议成立房地产投资管理新体制的方法，这符合社会主义市场经济体制的要求。 With the reform and opening of China, real estate industry rose abruptly. It has become an important part of national economy and is playing a key role in national economy and social development in China. To properly manage real estate investment now is an important task, because the scale of real estate investment is getting larger and larger. The thesis, through analysing current situation of real estate industry, aims at exploring the contradiction existing in the system of real estate investment management, and suggests the methods of forming new system of real estate investment management which accords with requirements of socialism market economic system.
