伴随着市场化经济改革，在中国城市经济和城市结构也在迅速变化。城市规划部门需要调整自己的政策和规划有一个新的城市结构与市场经济的规定。本论文的目的是分析在中国城市结构政策和经济改革的后果。大连市在实践中的1995-1998年城市改造进行了分析。结果发现，新的土地租金政策，租金由市场力量决定，或由政府建议根据土地的位置是有效地改变土地用途，并提高效率。本文还研究了工业结构的变化，由城市结构的变化引起的。 Accompanying the market oriented economic reform, urban economy and urban structure in China are also changing rapidly. Urban planning department needs to adjust their policies and planning to have a new urban structure in accordance with the market economy. The goal of this thesis is to analyse policies and consequences of the economic reform in urban structure in China. Practices of Dalian City in urban restructuring during the years 1995-1998 is analysed. It is found that the new land rent policy that rent determined by market force or suggested by the government according to the land position is effectively changing the land use and is improving the efficiency. The thesis also examined the industrial structural change induced by the urban structure change.
