经济改革中的中国城市结构变迁 ： 以大连市为例 = The impacts of economic reform on urban structure in China : case of Dalian City
伴随着市场化经济改革，在中国城市经济和城市结构也在迅速变化。城市规划部门需要调整自己的政策和规划有一个新的城市结构与市场经济的规定。本论文的目的是分析在中国城市结构政策和经济改革的后果。大连市在实践中的1995-1998年城市改造进行了分析。结果发现，新的土地租金政策，租金由市场力量决定，或由政府建议根据土地的位置是有效地改变土地用途，并提高效率。本文还研究了工业结构的变化，由城市结构的变化引起的。 Accompanying the market oriented economic...
